We understand that plans can change. Below is our fair cancellation and refund policy for all bookings at The Bliss Palm Resort.
Cancelled more than 14 days before check-in date — 100% refund issued.
Cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in date — 50% refund issued.
Cancelled within 7 days of check-in, or for no-shows — no refund will be issued.
To cancel your booking, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and check-in date. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
