Your data is used solely to process your booking enquiry and communicate with you about your stay. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Guest Policies
- Check-in time: 1:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
- Photo ID is mandatory for all guests staying in the rooms.
- Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in.
- Late check-outs are subject to availability at extra cost.
- Guests cannot invite outside visitors during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property.
- Open consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited.
- Last service time at the property is 11:00 PM.
- No ATM within 2.5 km — please carry sufficient cash.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if cancelled within 7 days of check-in or for no-shows.
