Booking & Usage Terms
By making a reservation or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of The Bliss Palm Resort.
Reservations & Payment
- Your reservation is secured and all personal data is encrypted and processed securely.
- Full payment is mandatory prior to check-in. Rooms will not be allotted without full payment.
- For direct payments (UPI, QR Code, cards), applicable taxes will be levied.
- No reservation fee is charged for making a booking enquiry.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 1:00 PM · Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
Guest Conduct
- Photo ID is mandatory for all guests (adults and children).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- Open consumption of alcohol and smoking is strictly prohibited on property.
- Last service time is 11:00 PM. Guests are expected to maintain decorum after this time.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Guests cannot invite outside day visitors during their stay.
Liability
The management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to guest belongings during their stay. Personal information shared is used only to process bookings and is never sold to third parties.
